Attendance is taken every day at 1030AM!
If your child is going to be absent, there are two ways to report it.
Please send an email to email@example.com and your child’s teacher. Our registrar and attendance specialist, Kristi Thomason, needs parents to include the following information:
1) The student’s first and last name,
2) The date they will be missing school, &
3) The reason they will be missing school.
Have a doctor’s note for an absence? Send it to firstname.lastname@example.org asap!
The team at AISD HQ put this form out. All you have to do is fill it out and email it back to us. You can also print it out and hand deliver it to the front office. We love seeing you! Or, you can run the gauntlet, and put it in your child’s ultra secure backpack so they can hand deliver it to their teacher.
If you have selected Option 1 (emailing email@example.com with the three important pieces of information), then
